Hello Health and Fitness nuts (and non-nuts like me!)
It has been about 3 weeks since my last blog and weigh in. A lot has happened since then!
There was Halloween extravaganza, where we had a little too much fun at the Gaslamp in Long Beach with me the zebra, Derrick the Wolverine, Hiroko the Robin, Jesse the Joker, Maarit the school girl, and Charlie the who knows what. :)
The following weekend Derrick and I went to Portland to check out our city-to-be. We had a good time, staying with Aaron for 2 nights and one night in the Courtyard Marriott. We confirmed our preference of the close-in SE neighborhoods. We ate out every meal, and drank every night. The last night we met up with Natalie from SF as well. Let me tell you this... Portland has absolutely delicious eats!
Over all, I have done no exercise and a lot of extraneous eating. However, I'm glad to report that I am within my goal this week! My goal was to weigh within the 118's and today I am:
Weight: 118.6 lbs!
I forgot to do the body fat machine this morning, so next week on that.
This morning I decided to model a giant new amethyst ball that came in, so you bloggers get the PG13 version of the photo:
This amethyst ball is heavy, at 19lbs. Although it looks like I am using it as a bowling ball, I don't recommend such because it is priced at $1295. Well, if you buy it, do whatever you want with it, actually. Regular shots below the blog.
Okay so now what? I already know I won't be exercising until at least next month or most likely until we move to Portland. So I have to continue to eat well, and try to get in activity here and there. Tomorrow I go to lunch with Jordonna, and we are supposed to go for a walk after that. Yipadee!
My goal for this week is 118.0. I will be happy with any kind of reduction. Losing weight is so hard and slow when you don't exercise! And still eat. Oh well! I'm happy for today :)
